My research focuses on how individuals make sense of the social world in which they live, and how this social world influences their thinking, feeling, and behavior. I am particularly interested in the following three areas: (1) how feelings influence judgment and decisions; (2) how truth perceptions and intentions to trust are formed and changed; and (3) how individuals’ experience, perceive, and use of social ostracism.
